Know Your Rights as a Player

ch444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published clearly alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all ch444 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, per IP address, and per mobile device.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on ch444, including cricket, football, tennis, and all other sports covered by the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ch444 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances specifically covered in these Terms.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided before the market on which you have bet can be settled, your stake will be returned to your ch444 account balance in full.
• ch444 settles all sports bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, or FIFA for football. ch444 does not accept unofficial or internet sources as settlement authority.
• Minimum bet per selection is Rs 50. Maximum bets vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Accumulator bets on ch444 may be placed combining up to 20 selections. If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the accumulator is settled as if that leg had not been included.
• ch444 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at its discretion, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting patterns or potential fraud.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly published incorrectly due to a technical or human error — may be corrected by ch444 before or after a bet is placed. In such cases, ch444 will notify affected players and offer the option to void the bet.

ch444 offers a range of casino and skill-based games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Aviator, and Jackpot Slots. The following rules govern all casino game play on the platform:

• ch444's in-house games use provably fair RNG (Random Number Generation) technology. The result of each round is generated before bets are placed and can be independently verified using the cryptographic seed provided after each round.
• Third-party games available on ch444 are supplied by licensed providers. Those providers maintain their own independent fairness certifications, details of which are available from ch444 support on request.
• Any attempt to use software, scripts, bots, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any ch444 casino game is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• ch444 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return rate on any game. Historical return-to-player (RTP) data is published for informational purposes only.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the outcome of that round will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. ch444 support will be notified automatically in such events.

ch444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting and casino gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to earn income or escape from personal problems. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every ch444 player:

• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain
• Using automated bots, scripts, or external software to access or interact with ch444
• Colluding with other players in poker, Teen Patti, or any multiplayer game on ch444
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge or any form of non-public information
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ch444 staff through any communications channel
• Registering as a minor or providing false age verification information
• Using VPNs or other IP-masking tools to access ch444 promotions or features restricted to specific regions

ch444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Reasonable belief that the player is using the platform in a manner harmful to themselves or others
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from relevant authorities

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected Terms breach, ch444 will notify the account holder by email and provide an opportunity to respond within 14 days before a final decision is made on any balance held. Accounts suspended for confirmed fraud, money laundering, or underage use will be closed immediately without notice and funds may be withheld.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting ch444 support. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account (net of any applicable bonus wagering) will be processed to the account holder's registered payment method within 5 business days.

All content on ch444 — including the platform design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, and the ch444 brand mark — is the intellectual property of ch444 and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ch444 for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ch444 content without prior written permission. This includes screen recording game sessions for redistribution, scraping odds or game data, or reproducing any part of the ch444 website on another platform.

• Losses resulting from the player's failure to comply with these Terms
• Indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind

ch444's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their ch444 account in the 30-day period preceding the relevant event.

ch444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our full Privacy Policy. By registering on ch444, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. Key points include:
